  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain products, such as adult toys, undergarments, and swimwear, customised merchandise, are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are non-returnable.

1.3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damage or defect. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
